Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note delivery times may vary due to the high volume of orders or postal service problems that are out of our control, due to covid or busy periods like Christmas.
Domestic Shipping Rate and Estimates
- Flat rate shipping applies: $4 for Urban and $9 for Rural deliveries on orders $49.99 NZD and under.
- Free shipping for all orders over $50.00 NZD.
- Delivery should be 1-4 days once your order is fulfilled (allow extra time for Rural Delivery and any disruptions that occur nationwide)
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within New Plymouth City. For orders under $50, we charge $3 for local delivery. Deliveries are made from 10am-5pm on Monday-Friday and occasionally Saturdays at our discretion. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 111 Devon Street East, New Plymouth. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready to pick up within two hours of the order being placed. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are the same as our operating hours. Please have your confirmation email with you when you come in.
Please do not select "In-Store Pickup" unless you intend to pick up from our New Plymouth based store. Additional fees will be charged for any local pickup orders that later require shipping.
